The taxonomic key is interactive. It begins with the question (Question- Concha [Shell]), placed superiorly in a left bar.

The answers will appear in an area inferior to the question bar, written and represented by an image, for example “Presente (Present) ou Ausente (Absent):

To be able to see all possible answers, it will be necessary to scroll down the right vertical bar of answer area.

Selecting the image, or the correspondent image, we change to the second question of the taxonomic key and so on.

The history of all our choices will be presented in an inferior left area of the key.

At any moment we can go back to the begining of the taxonomic key and start the identification.

Or go back in our choices, one by one.

Any particular answer can be ignored, and after that, all possible answers will appear in the history panel.

In the superior right area, in “Entities Remaining”, we can find all taxa that can still be the possible identified entity.

And an inferior right area that lists all taxa that cannot be identified as a result our choices.

Answering to all question, identification will be complete.

According to our choices the corresponded taxon will be shown in the ‘Entities Remaining’area. Click [OK] and after you be able to visualize a video (when available) selecting the taxon name.
